- Sunflower yakanatswa mafuta e-sunflower 3 tbsp. l.
- Pepper tsvina pasi 0.25 tsp.
- Danho 1 Kuti tigadzirire anyezi wehudi yakashongedzwa, tinoda eiii, mvura inotonhorera yakabikwa, 6% vhiniga, sunflower yakanatswa mafuta, munyu, shuga, yakagadzirirwa musadhi uye pepper pevhu.
- Danho 2 Tinovhenganisa uye tivhenganise vhiniga, mvura, masheard, munyu, shuga uye pepper yakasviba.
- Danho 3 Dururirai marinade sezviduku zvingangodyiwa anyanisi.
- Danho 4 Zvadaro, dururira muzoraruva rinonatsa mafuta.
- Danho 5 Unogona kushandisa zvose maorivhi uye mafuta e-sunflower asina kufanirwa nekuda kwako.
