Zvisungo:- Chicken fillet 300 g
- Bulgur 250 g
- Chickpeas (chizi peas) 200 g
- Mvura 500 ml
- Onions 1 pc.
- Sunflower isina mafuta yakakwana 30 ml
- Munyu kuwedzera 1 pinch
- Tsvuku tsvuku pfupa 1 tsp.
- Nhanho 1 Kugadzirira piraw kubva ku-bulgur, gadzirira chickpeas, bulgur, mvura, huku pasina pfupa (fillets), anyanisi, mafuta ezuva ekutsvaira, munyu, pepper kuvira.
- Danho 2 Chicken fillet pre-gira, gurai muzvidimbu uye fry neeiii.
- Danho 3 Tinodururira bulgur kwavari uye tinotsvaira kusvika iyo bulgur inobata zvose mvura.
- Nhanho 4 Wedzera chikape yakagadzirwa kare, munyu, pepper kuvira.
- Nhanho 5 Zadza nemvura, kufukidza nechifukidzo uye kubika pamusoro pemhepo inopisa kwemaminitsi 25. Pakugadzirisa, hatisi kusimudzira chivako, hatibati chinhu.
- Nhanho 6 Yakapera saw yakavhenganiswa. Paunoshumira, inokurudzirwa kusasa pasi pasi sinamoni. Bon appetit!
