- Gungwa reMunyu - 1 teaspoon
- Bhakoni - 350 Gramu
- Onion - 2 zvidimbu
- Nhamba yakasviba pepire - 1 teaspoon
Tinochera nyama yenyuchi muzvidimbu zvakakura. Shish kebab zvinyorwa. Marinuyu mune zvindori-mhete akacheka anyanisi nemunyu uye pepper. Maawa 6-7 munzvimbo inotonhorera. Bhakoni inotemwa yakareba (haifaniri kudikanwa zvishoma-kana kuti bhakoni ichakurumidza kupisa uye kuoma) muzvidimbu. Chikamu chimwe nechimwe che shish kebab chakaputirwa mune tsanga yebhakoni (kuti tsananguke, tarisa mufananidzo). Mutsara pane skewers kuitira kuti bhakoni isagumburwe. Fry pamazimbe anopisa, nguva dzose kutendeuka, kusvikira wagadzirira. Bon appetit :)
