Pancakes ne blueberries

Muna 1 mugove : 315.1 kcal, mapuroteni - 8.6 g, mafuta - 9.9 g, makhydrohydrates - 47.9 g

ZVINOFANIRA:

• 200 g ye-blueberries
• 300 g yefurawa
• 3 tbsp. l. shuga
• 500 ml ye yogurt
• 1 mazai
• piniki yemunyu
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• Mafuta emiriwo ekutsvaira

ZVAUNGAITA:

1. Simudza furawa nemunyu uye kubika mupfu mune ndiro huru. Wedzera shuga. Kefir inorova nezai uye inodururira muupfu. Nyatsoropodza kuitira kuti pave pasina matope; Huru yekusagadzikana inofanirwa kufanana nehutu hwakaoma. Chenesa mabhiribheri, vashambidze, nyatsomesa uye uvawedzere pahupfu.

2. Gadzirai 1 tbsp mukapu yefrying; l. mafuta ezvirimwa. Tsvina yakapararira pane pani muzvikamu zve 2 tbsp. l. Fry pancakes 2 min. kune rumwe rutivi, zvino tendeuka uye fry imwe 1.5 min. pamwe chete. Kana zvichidikanwa, dururirai mafuta maduku mukaini yefry.
