- Sunflower yakagadziridzwa mafuta e-sunflower 2 tbsp. l.
- Danho 1 Gadzirai michina yakakura: mbatatisi, anyanisi, mukisi wakamera, mvura, tsvuku.
- Danho 2 Shambai mbatatisi, gadzirai uye mucheke zvidimbu zviduku.
- Danho 3 Fry in hot hot pan-frying pan, uwedzere mafuta emiriwo. Zvakakosha kuti mbatata "yakabata" zvishoma, yakasvibiswa.
- Nhanho 4 Wedzerai onion yakasvibiswa uye yakagadzirwa zvakanaka, pepper. Stir. Uye imwe maminitsi mashanu kuti uwane firiji mukati.
- Danho 5 Bhatanidza mukisi wakasviba nemvura, fungisisa zvakazara.
- Danho 6 Wedzera ukamu hwakasviba nemvura kune frying pan. Munyu, wedzera yakaoma fennel. Stir. Dhavhara uye simmer kwemaminitsi 20-30.
