- Nhanho 1 Tinoda: anyanisi, mbatatisi, karoti, salmoni (Ndine mazai akaomeswa akaoma), munyu, pepper, bay leaf.
- Danho 2 Dzora zvidimbu zvembatata.

- Nhanho 4 Durai karoti muchidimbu zvindori.
- Nhanho 5 Tinocheka huta muzvidimbu.

- Danho 8 Mushure mokunge mvura yatanga kubika, yevhara pani (kwete iyo pial!) Nechifukidzo chine dense, chengetedza moto, uite zvishoma uye uite kuti uoremerwe kwemaawa mana. Maminitsi gumi pamberi pomubiki, tinokanda mashizha omuorivhi, munyu uye pepper kuti tate.
